MJC Land Development hired Florida Silt Fencing to install over 81,000 LF of silt fence and 20,000 LF of orange safety fence at Pod 9 of the LTC Ranch West Residential Community Development District in Port St. Lucie.
Our crews encountered multiple equipment issues on site that caused a slowdown in our progress at LTC Pod 9.
Florida Silt Fencing brought in a local mechanic to service equipment on-site. For machines that we couldn’t get repaired at the job site, we swapped out equipment to make sure we could still meet our daily production goals.
